Sidebrow Books and fabric8 Galleries invite you to finish off this year’s Lit Crawl with readings from Sidebrow’s ongoing collaborative projects.
Matt Hart will be reading on behalf of Sidebrow’s forthcoming City, a multi-author chapbook featuring work from The City Project, including poetry and prose by Tyler Flynn Dorholt, Danielle Dutton, Matt Hart, and Shane Michalik. The City chapbook will be on hand and available for purchase at the event.
John Cleary, HL Hazuka, and Eireene Nealand will be performing a collaborative reading based on their contributions to Sidebrow’s Epistolary Project, and Jason Morris will be reading on behalf of Litopolis, Sidebrow’s exploration of aesthetic geography.
The reading runs concurrent with fabric8’s “Local Flavor” group show, featuring food-based art, including a still from "Showgirls" rendered in licorice.
Food carts for the evening TBA, but be sure to show up early to partake of their offerings.
You can also catch future Sidebrow Books author Miranda Mellis at Significant Objects during Lit Crawl’s Phase I at 6pm.
